Wedding planning software for UK planners has to be built here.
Most planning software was written for another country's weddings. This one was written with a working Gloucestershire planner, for the way weddings happen here.
The legal steps, in order
- Give notice at the register office: both partners, at least 29 days before, within 12 months.
- Registrar or celebrant for a civil ceremony at a licensed venue; banns for a church.
- Marriage certificate collected afterwards, on the list where it belongs.

Your couple sees exactly as far as you choose.
Each couple gets a portal with your name and your colour on it. Turn its modules on and off wedding by wedding, hide any budget line from them item by item, and let them reply, pay and see the plan without ever seeing what you have kept back. They cannot see your other couples, and neither can we.

Ran the team at Elmore Court, heading up sales and hospitality at one of Gloucestershire's best-known wedding venues. She has been on the other side of the table from hundreds of planners, and knows which running orders a kitchen can work from and which ones fall apart at four o'clock.
She plans and coordinates weddings herself, from full planning to taking over somebody else's file a fortnight before the day.
I Said Yes is built around how she works. Every screen has been through her, and the ones that did not survive contact with a real Saturday were rebuilt.
She uses it in her own workspace, the same as you would. She cannot see yours, and neither can we.

Questions planners ask first.
- Does it work on the wedding day itself?
- Yes. Day mode brings together the schedule, seating, dietary requirements, key people and supplier details on your phone. It is included in both plans and keeps working when the venue has no signal.
- What happens after the trial?
- We email you a week before it ends and again the day before. If you haven't subscribed by then, the workspace goes read-only: you and your team can still look at and export everything, your couples keep their portal, and nothing is deleted. Subscribe whenever you're ready and it all comes back.
- Is there a per-wedding or per-seat charge?
- No. From £49 a month, every plan covers unlimited weddings and events, unlimited couples and as many team members as you need. A busy year does not raise the bill.
- Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
- Not yet. Today your own mailbox connects if your email is with a host such as IONOS, Fasthosts, 123 Reg or Zoho, on both plans. Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365 are on their way, and this answer will change as soon as they are ready.
- Can my couples see my costs?
- Only what you choose. Each couple's portal shows the modules you turn on, and any budget line can be hidden from them item by item. Couples cannot see each other, and we cannot see your couples either.
- Is my data mine?
- Yes. Export everything as JSON and CSV at any time from Settings, whether you subscribe or not.
