The budget

Categories hold items with an estimate, an actual, what has been paid and what is still due. Type "£1,000 + VAT" and it records £1,200.

The payment schedule

Every payment across the wedding in one list: this week, this month, later and paid. Mark one paid with the date, the method and the reference. A reminder goes to you, and to the couple if they can see that payment, a week and a day before it is due.

What the couple see

Only the items you choose. Your own fee is hidden from them unless you show it.
