Build it for me, and Read this for me
First drafts and document reading: what happens, what you check, what couples see.
What the two buttons do
Build it for me writes a first draft: a running order from your own finished ones, tasks from your meeting notes, a message in your own voice, or a mood board from a few words about the wedding. Read this for me reads a document you have filed or brought in, such as a quote, a contract or another planner's running order, and lifts out what is in it.
Both use an AI model. Neither saves anything on its own.
You check everything first
What comes back is a draft, and only you can see it. Every line can be edited or unticked, and anything the model was unsure of arrives unticked with the reason in words. Nothing reaches the wedding until you press the button that saves it. A draft you leave alone is deleted after seven days.
What your couples see
Only what you saved, and it looks exactly like anything else you added by hand. A draft never appears in their portal, on their website, in a supplier pack or on anything printed, and nothing anywhere marks a saved item as having started as a draft. Once you have checked it and saved it, it is your work.
What is sent, and where
Only what the job needs from that one wedding: for a running order, your own earlier running orders; for a message, the facts of the wedding and the habits of your own writing, never a past message; for a document, the document. It goes to Anthropic, or to OpenAI for mood board pictures, under agreements that stop them training on it. Our sub-processor list names both.
If a button is not there
Each of these can be switched off for a workspace, and all of them stop if the monthly allowance is used up. Everything they do can also be done by hand, and the link to do it by hand is always beside the button.
