Getting started

Your first hour: a wedding, its guests, your brand and your first couple.

Sign up with your name, your email, a password and your business name. There is no card to start and the trial is 30 days.

Your first hour

  1. Add a wedding you are working on now, from Weddings, Add wedding. The names, the date (or "not fixed yet"), a rough guest count and the venue are enough. Choose full planning, partial planning or on the day, and the right UK checklist fills itself in.
  2. Bring in the guest list from your spreadsheet rather than typing it. Guests, Import takes Excel and CSV files as they are.
  3. Set your brand in Settings: your logo and your accent colour. Your couples see both in their portal.
  4. Invite the couple from the wedding's Client access page when you are ready. Try it on a pretend couple first.

Today, the first screen after you sign in, keeps a short getting-started list that ticks itself off as you do these things. Put it away whenever you like.
