Guests, meals and replies

The list

Guests are grouped by invitation (households) or shown as one list. Type "Roger Adams" to add someone; a guest added to a household takes its address and side. Change a reply, a meal or a table straight in the row.

Meals and dietary needs

Set the menu by course in Guests, Meals, children's included. Allergies and preferences are picked out of what guests wrote and shown beside their own words, never instead of them. You can correct any guest, and a note that could not be read is flagged for you to check.

Replies

Each wedding's website has a reply page. Guests find their name, answer for their household and choose meals, and it lands in your list straight away.

Where guests are staying

In Guests, More, Where guests are staying, add the hotels and B&Bs where rooms are held, with the rate, the booking code and the date the rooms are released, and put each household in the place they have booked. Three weeks before a release date with rooms still free, it tells you, on the page and on Today. The ones you choose appear on the couple's website with how to book them; who is staying where never does.
