Plans, billing and the trial

The plans

Planning is everything for running the weddings themselves. Complete adds enquiries, proposals, contracts and invoices that chase themselves. Both are unlimited weddings and unlimited users, and no VAT is charged.

The trial

30 days, with everything in it and no card. We email a week before it ends and the day before. If you do not choose a plan, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, your couples keep their portal, and nothing is deleted.

Moving between plans

In Settings, Billing. Moving up to Complete starts straight away and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down happens at the end of the period you have paid for. Your enquiries, contracts and invoices stay readable afterwards, and invoices can still be marked paid.

Cancelling

Two clicks in Settings, Billing, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Card details are held by Stripe; we never see them.
