The timeline and day mode

The timeline

Days are tabs; anything without a time shows TBC. Move several items at once by a number of minutes. Mark what cannot move, such as the registrar's slot, as fixed on the day, and set how long each item takes. Print the run sheet, a sheet for each supplier, or send each supplier a link to their part.

Day mode

Day mode opens 48 hours before the wedding and closes at 6am the morning after. Big type, one hand. Say you are running twenty minutes late and every later item moves, except the fixed ones. Anything happening now is marked Live. Call or text a supplier, find an allergy by table, and keep a running note of the day. It keeps working without signal and catches up when signal returns.

The clipboard day sheet is a black and white printout with a column for the times things actually happened.
