Adding a wedding

Weddings, Add wedding. The couple's first names, the date, a rough guest count and the venue. If the date is not fixed, say so and the checklist waits for it.

Service level

Full planning, partial planning or on the day. It picks the checklist (78, 41 or 21 tasks) and what the couple can see, and you can override any of it later in the wedding's settings.

The checklist

Tasks are grouped by month with anything overdue pinned to the top. Type a task and press Enter to add one. Select several to assign, re-date, mark done or delete them together. Tasks the couple own show in their portal, and when they tick one it comes to you to check.

Change the wedding's date and the checklist offers to move every date with it.
